28,566 visitors attended the exhibition "Salt animals zoo" at Dead Sea Works during Sukkot holidays. The exhibition, organized by "Promarket" company with "Artura International Artists Museum", included 10 huge animal statues made from salt, the work of renowned Israeli sculptors (Zeev Krisher, Mor Yedidia, Igor Brown, Ludmila Valushnenko, etc.).
Apart from the salt sculptures, visitors looked through a window at the plant and learned about the Dead Sea area and the company and its products. In addition, children enjoyed decorating and filling their own salt shaker.
Visitors wrote enthusiastic reviews in the visitors' book: "It was impressive, charming, fascinating. We learned much about the Dead Sea Works and its activities for the benefit of tourism and conservation of the area – a very positive initiative".
